Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances once payment has been processed.
Digital Downloads
All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand no refunds will be issued for digital downloads regardless of whether the file has been downloaded.
Custom Apparel
All apparel items are custom made-to-order and non-refundable. However, if you receive an item with an error or design defect caused by Glitter & Goals LLC, please contact us at info@glitterandgoalsllc.com within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the defect and we will make it right.
