Q: How do I receive my digital download? A: After completing your purchase you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files anytime through your account page under “Orders.”

Q: How many times can I download my files? A: We offer unlimited downloads! We understand life happens and files get misplaced. Simply log into your account anytime to re-download your purchases.

Q: What file formats do you provide? A: Our digital designs are provided in high resolution PNG format with both transparent and white background versions included.

Q: What software do I need to open PNG files? A: PNG files can be opened with most design programs including Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, and even basic photo viewers on your computer or phone.


Printing & Usage

Q: Can I use your designs for my small business? A: Products listed as “Commercial Use” may be used to create physical products for resale such as t-shirts, tumblers, and stickers. Please check individual product descriptions for usage rights.

Q: What is the resolution of your files? A: All files are 300 DPI high resolution — perfect for printing on apparel, tumblers, stickers, and more.

Q: Can I resize the files? A: Yes! PNG files can be resized without losing quality when scaled up from the original size.


Custom Apparel

Q: How long does it take to receive my apparel order? A: All apparel items are custom made-to-order. Please allow 3-5 business days for production. Once your order is complete it will ship within 5-7 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for carrier shipping times or delays once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently we ship within the United States only.

Q: How will I know when my order ships? A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier.


Account & Orders

Q: Do I need an account to purchase? A: No! You can checkout as a guest. However we recommend creating an account so you can easily access your order history and re-download your digital purchases anytime.

Q: How do I create an account? A: You can create an account during checkout or by visiting our My Account page.

Q: I forgot my password — what do I do? A: Click “Lost your password?” on the login page and you will receive an email with instructions to reset it.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I get a refund on my digital download? A: All digital sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Q: What if my apparel item has a defect? A: If you receive an item with an error or design defect, please contact us at info@glitterandgoalsllc.com within 5 days of receiving your order with photos and we will make it right!
