Intellectual Property All designs, artwork, chibi characters, graphics, and digital content sold or displayed on this website are the original creations of Glitter & Goals LLC and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a digital file does NOT transfer ownership or copyright of the design to the buyer. You may not resell, redistribute, claim ownership of, or use our designs to create competing products for resale.
3. Personal Use License Unless otherwise stated all digital downloads are sold under a personal use license. This means you may use the files for personal projects only — including personal gifts, personal clothing, and personal crafts.
4. Commercial Use License Some products are available for commercial use as stated in the product description. Commercial use allows you to use the design to create physical products for resale such as t-shirts, tumblers, stickers, and similar items. Commercial use does NOT include reselling the digital file itself or creating digital products using our designs.
5. Digital Downloads All digital products are delivered instantly after purchase. Files are available for download through your order confirmation email and your account page. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on the buyer’s end that prevent downloading. Please ensure you have the proper software to open your files before purchasing.
6. All Sales Final All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
7. Custom Apparel All apparel items are custom made-to-order. Please review your order carefully before purchasing as we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of error or design defect on our part. Defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order with photo evidence.
8. Prohibited Uses You may NOT:
- Resell or redistribute our digital files
- Claim our designs as your own
- Use our designs to create NFTs or AI training datasets
- Share purchased files with others
- Use our designs for anything illegal or offensive
9. Limitation of Liability Glitter & Goals LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
10. Privacy We collect only the information necessary to process your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
